New Delhi: Cab aggregator Ola on Friday announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of two chief financial officers.
GR Arun Kumar joined as Group CFO for Ola and CFO for Ola Electric, while Saurabh himself has come in as CFO for Ola’s mobility, financial services and food businesses, the company said in a statement.

Kumar has over two decades of experience in finance and strategy, including business development and turnaround management, large-scale debt and equity capital market benchmark transactions, governance and reporting and compliance.
Kumar joins the Ola leadership team at a time when Ola Electric races to build the world’s largest two-wheeler factory, co-finding key suppliers across 2 supplier parks on a 500-acre site in Tamil Nadu, India. Will do too.
Saurabh has over two decades of diverse experience with companies including Hindustan Zinc, Philips, Asian Paints and Larsen & Toubro in various roles including internal audits, risk management, business and operational process improvement and financial reporting.
He joins the Ola leadership team as CFO of the high-growth mobility business as well as the fast-growing financial services and food business, with a focus on building strong growth with a strong bottom-line.
The two appointments include Rakesh Bhardwaj as Group CIO, N Balachander as Ola Electric CHRO, Wayne Burgess as head of design for Ola Electric and YS Kim as head of global sales and distribution of Ola Electric, the company said. Huh.
